- Identify, develop, and manage customer accounts in our focus markets.
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers.
- Define customer challenges and translate them into solutions based on PhotonFirst’s capabilities.
- Develop and maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities and close deals.
- Represent PhotonFirst at trade shows, events, and conferences.
- Contribute to the business development strategy and go-to-market approach.
- Hold a technical bachelor’s or master’s degree (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or similar)
- Proven track record in closing complex deals
- Excel at simplifying and explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working in the Aerospace or Defense market is preferred.
- Are comfortable with international travel as an integral part of the role (10-20%);
- Living in the Netherlands and available to operate from our office in Alkmaar.
- Like the dynamics of a small, fast-moving, and rapidly changing company, and preferably worked in a scale-up before.
