Job Description:Are you a people leader with strong HR expertise and a solid understanding of labor law? Are you ready to lead a diverse international team in a dynamic environment?We are looking for a Team Leader to coach our HR Operations team and support our colleagues across the Netherlands and 16 European countries. You’ll be the go-to person for your team, a trusted partner to the business, and a key player in building a positive and collaborative work culture.With your confident, collaborative approach, you’ll inspire change, foster strong connections, and keep your team focused, supported, and on track.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of HR specialists and generalists operating across various European jurisdictions
  • Define team goals aligned with departmental objectives and take necessary steps to achieve them
  • Manage and improve daily HR administration by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions
  • Ensure high quality, customer-focused handling of all HR requests and changes, including meeting payroll-related deadlines
  • Keep procedures and checklists up to date and compliant with relevant regulations and quality standards
  • Assign work areas and tasks efficiently, while monitoring both individual and team performance
Within Applied Medical the title of this position is Team Leader TMR Operations, reporting to the Manager Compensation & Benefits Europe.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
  • Proven experience in a leadership or people management role
  • Solid background in HR, with experience in HRIS implementation (e.g., Workday, SAP) preferred
  • Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
  • Solid understanding of Dutch labor laws and employment practices
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
