- You have prior marketing experience, with distinction in digital platforms and a clear understanding of the art and science of marketing;
- Strong understanding and connection to the Consumer, with a passion to envision the future of sport and its influence in youth culture;
- Problem solver with Enterprise thinking;
- Proven ability to collaborate, drive and deliver results;
- Bachelor's degree required in the relevant or related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
- You will support the seasonal offence, working with the team to craft and execute category and seasonal initiatives that build brand strength, demand, and forge unbreakable relationships with our consumers and communities the brand serves.
- You will also help put into place the learning agenda and monitor KPIs, as we continually evaluate the work, our approach and how we evolve (knowledge of marketing science and data is a bonus). Owner of seasonal recaps inclusive of findings and opportunities. Deliver best practices and standards.
- Agile in nature, this role will lean into key brand initiatives and sports moments within Women's Performance - supporting end to end seasonal marketing campaigns that tap into the energy of Women's Sports (Football, Basketball, Tennis, Skateboarding, Trainning, Running…), coordinating across teams to drive efficiency and alignment. This role is project-based, which means an opportunity to work with a very diverse portfolio of sports/athletes/product depending on the priorities of the season. where will you work
