We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bioprocess Technician to join the vaccine production team in De Bilt. This role plays a critical part in the manufacturing of high-quality vaccines, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and contributing to global health and food safety.Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain equipment in cleanroom environments
- Execute key production steps including cell culture, infection, harvesting, and filling
- Ensure aseptic handling and accurate documentation in line with GMP guidelines
- Support setup, cleaning, and preparation of equipment and cleanrooms
- Identify and report deviations; actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted production flow
- Completed MBO level 3/4 or relevant HBO education (e.g., HLO), or equivalent work experience in GMP-regulated production
- Proficient in Dutch (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Experience in cleanroom operations or aseptic/biotech manufacturing is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and willingness to undergo internal training
