- Manage ordering, receiving, picking, issuing, packing, and dispatching of inventory with accurate, auditable records.
- Conduct weekly cycle checks, stock counts, 5S self-audits, and maintain inventory control using MRP systems such as SAP.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and legally compliant work environment including COSHH handling and PPE equipment storage.
- Maintain security and control of safety equipment and tooling, raising appropriate documentation for Dangerous Goods (ADR/IATA/IMDG).
- Identify and report opportunities for process improvements and support implementation with the site manager.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational flexibility without compromising procedural integrity.
- Uphold excellent storage and documentation practices to meet health, safety, and environmental obligations.
- Strong warehousing or logistics background, with hands-on experience in fast-moving product environments.
- Proficient in SAP and other inventory management tools, with expertise in warehouse operations and stock control.
- Confident communicator able to work optimally across departments and with external contractors.
- Knowledge and compliance with COSHH regulations and dangerous goods handling.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining accuracy under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Willingness to supervise flexible shift patterns and support process improvements.
- Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and able to maintain accurate, legally required documentation.
