- Build and maintain relationships with prospective residential clients throughout the Netherlands.
- Conduct in-home or virtual surveys to determine consumer needs for domestic and international relocation.
- Provide accurate quotations and personalise relocation solutions to the client's specific needs.
- Follow up on leads and maintain timely communication throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure a smooth move.
- Attend networking events and represent your organisation to increase brand awareness and client acquisition.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with detailed customer information and sales activity.
- Create sales reports and estimates for internal review.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets in the moving sector.
- Provide after-sales service and properly address any client concerns.
- Promote premium services and value-added solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
- Proven experience in residential sales within the moving or relocation industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centred approach.
- Capability to conduct home surveys and offer personalised relocation solutions.
- Familiarity with international relocation processes is advantageous.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Must have a valid driving licence and be prepared to travel locally for appointments.
