With 1000% growth year-on-year for three consecutive years, it’s one of the fastest-growing companies in its sector across Europe.This is a new role in the Benelux region, offering the chance to shape local operations from the ground up and contribute to a game-changing logistics solution.πŸ”§ Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate smart locker installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective interventions across the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Assign and manage tasks for technicians based on location, availability, and skillset.
  • Monitor service tickets and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
  • Optimize technician scheduling using internal systems and digital tools.
  • Act as the operational link between field teams, logistics, and central operations.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
🧩 Requirements:
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential (written and spoken).
  • Based in Netherlands
  • 1–3 years of experience in planning, field coordination, or service operations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools, Google Suite, and scheduling platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on, proactive mindset.
