The company is revolutionizing last-mile delivery through smart locker solutions, making online deliveries more efficient, sustainable, and accessible. With 1000% growth year-on-year for three consecutive years, itβs one of the fastest-growing companies in its sector across Europe.This is a new role in the Benelux region, offering the chance to shape local operations from the ground up and contribute to a game-changing logistics solution.π§ Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate smart locker installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective interventions across the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Assign and manage tasks for technicians based on location, availability, and skillset.
- Monitor service tickets and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Optimize technician scheduling using internal systems and digital tools.
- Act as the operational link between field teams, logistics, and central operations.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential (written and spoken).
- Based in Netherlands
- 1β3 years of experience in planning, field coordination, or service operations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools, Google Suite, and scheduling platforms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on, proactive mindset.
