As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, partnering closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop strategic talent plans. You'll focus on building strong talent pipelines, driving employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while promoting diversity and data-driven hiring decisions.Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment for WL2+ positions and ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience
- Drive external talent pipeline development aligned with employer brand and diversity goals
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver a strong recruitment experience
- Understand and execute talent management lifecycle principles
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across global regions, including outside Europe
- Coordinate with sourcing teams to fill vacancies effectively and efficiently
- Use market insights to shape recruitment strategies and attract top talent
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an international or matrix environment within the FMCG sector
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and HR principles
- Familiarity with Dutch labour law and Belgium labour law is a plus
- Experience working in internal HR/Talent roles (e.g. HR Partner, TA within large matrix organizations)
- Familiarity with Workday or similar ATS/HR systems
