- Lead, coach, and develop the current B2C team (currently composed of interns and one full-time employee), maximizing their performance with existing tools and processes.
- Design and implement a comprehensive framework for acquiring, activating, and retaining private landlords, with a strong focus on driving high-quality supply and positive landlord behaviour.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Commercial Analytics, Product, and Customer Service to build an integrated go-to-market strategy for private landlords.
- Define objectives, KPIs, and targets to measure impact, ensuring we consistently drive measurable growth in supply volume, supply quality and landlord engagement.
- Shape the future of the team by defining the right structure, progressively replacing interns with full-time hires, and embedding AI-driven solutions to increase productivity and scale the impact of your team.
- Leverage AI to automate repetitive and unscalable tasks, enabling your team to focus on high-value activities and achieve outsized impact.
- Act as the advocate for private landlords within the company, ensuring their feedback informs product, marketing, and customer service strategies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous learning within your team, while promoting and living by our company values.
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role in sales, account management, or customer success, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, activation, and retention with measurable results.
- Experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing teams, ideally with a mix of junior talent (entry-level or interns) and full-time employees.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to design frameworks, systems, and processes that scale.
- Tech-savvy and highly analytical, with a proven ability to leverage AI tools and data insights to increase productivity and business impact.
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Customer Service.
- Outcome-driven, accountable, and focused on delivering measurable growth for the business.
- Familiarity with real estate, marketplaces, or SaaS is a plus.
- Fluent in English; fluency in German, Spanish, or Italian is a strong advantage.
