We are looking for a Senior Controller to manage and optimize our financial processes at Smart Robotics. In this role, you'll take ownership of our full financial administration while working closely in cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Service.This is a hands-on role for a senior finance professional who thrives on structure, consistency, and data-driven process improvement. And is not afraid to take responsibility.Responsibilities:Managing the monthly closing and preparing financial reportsHandling VAT returns and ensuring complianceMaintaining the full financial administration, including accounts payable and receivablePreparing regular and ad-hoc reports and financial analysesContributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processesActing as a point of contact for internal and external finance-related questionsMinimum Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar financial roleStrong knowledge of financial processes, reporting, and complianceExperience with AFAS software (required)Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accuracyFluent in Dutch and in EnglishProactive, hands-on, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
