- Take responsibility for the onboarding process, ensuring a warm welcome for all new colleagues. You will coordinate with new employees and department heads to plan and schedule their onboarding programs.
- Learn all about the recruitment process by assisting with posting vacancies, updating recruitment websites, and selecting and inviting candidates. Depending on your interests, you may also gain experience in interviewing and hiring.
- Handle administrative tasks, including drafting contracts, updating employee files, and managing correspondence.
- Support colleagues with labor law questions and other HR-related inquiries, handling concerns with integrity and taking ownership in providing appropriate solutions.
- Organize colleague-related events such as General Staff Meetings and Staff Parties, and manage internal communications, like monthly birthday and anniversary lists.
- Gain insights into HR policies and processes.
- Receive a personal development plan according to your career aspirations and set learning goals together.
- We offer €750,- trainee allowance per month, based on 5 days per week.
- We offer flexible scheduling; you can start your shift any time between 7AM and 11 AM

- Enrolled in a HBO/Bachelors program, either Hotel Management or Human Resources Management
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills
- Trustworthy and handle with integrity
- Open-minded, positive attitude and enjoy bringing laughter to the workplace
- You are eager to learn and grow within hotel or Human Resources
- Fluent in Dutch
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Live in the Netherlands.
