Our client, within Education sector and based in Amsterdam is looking for a Personal Assistant to the management board.Responsibilities:Heavy calendar management – maintaining calendars for executives, scheduling internal and external meetings, and resolving meeting conflictsServe as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the MB, handling inquiries and directing calls/emailsProvide administrative and secretarial support, ensuring timely and accurate documentationOrganize and facilitate meetings, including refreshments Undertake project work and related activities as directed by the Management BoardWhat we are looking for:Prior experience in a similar PA/Management Assistant roleProfessional fluency in Dutch and EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office, and Google SuiteUnderstanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly and timelyPositive and helpful mindset, ability to multitask and work autonomouslyWhat's in it for you?Join a unique, international and vibrant environment within EducationDirect contract of employment30 holiday daysTravel expenses coveredPension planPlease note that for this role we can only consider candidates who already reside and are eligible to work in the Netherlands without time limitation.
