The Architect will need to be capable of managing the end-to-end, including Presales, Delivery, ad support phases of an engagement.The Architect must be based in Europe, ideally in the Netherlands.Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security solutions including Azure AD, Microsoft Entra, and related technologies.
  • Architect and implement Zero Trust frameworks, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Conduct security assessments, gap analysis, and maturity evaluations for client environments.
Guide clients through identity modernization journeys including hybrid and cloud-native identity models. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity with endpoint, cloud, and application security.
  • Stay current with evolving security threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
Requirements
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Entra ID Connect, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and B2B/B2C.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and OneDrive.
  • Experience with security and compliance tools such as Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel, and Purview.
  • Expertise in managing groups, applications, and service principals.
  • Proficiency in tools like Azure Migrate, Quest On Demand Migration, BitTitan
  • Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Kerberos).
  • Hands-on experience with PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.).
  • Knowledge of tenant-to-tenant M365 migrations (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and risk management practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
  • Expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
  • Familiarity with M365 integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Understanding of Azure networking components (e.g., Virtual Networks, VPNs, NSGs) and their migration impacts is a plus.
  • Strong experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and JSON templates for automation.
  • Nice to have experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
