We work platform-independently with both public and private cloud, always starting from our customers' business requirements. Our team consists of driven and enthusiastic professionals who continuously innovate to offer the best-fitting solutions to our clients.What Your Day Looks LikeAs an experienced Microsoft specialist with a Managed Services Provider background, you work professionally, results-driven, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You are not afraid of complex, high-availability network configurations with load balancers, encryption, and layered networks. You have experience with various technologies and applications, including Windows Server, IIS, Exchange, and MSSQL. You are skilled in system and performance tuning to deliver optimal solutions for our customers' applications. Your tasks include the installation, configuration, management, and tuning of all Microsoft-based systems. You use PowerShell to simplify your tasks and those of your colleagues and are always open to using new techniques to improve both our customer and internal environments.Together with your colleagues, you work daily on maximizing the availability of complex, dynamic business systems and structurally resolving disruptions. You understand the importance of standardizing, documenting, and optimizing processes and procedures to make this possible. In addition, you provide support and play an important advisory role in technical implementations. You have excellent communication skills and can communicate effectively at different levels, ranging from architects to technical end users.Participating in on-call duties is also part of this role. You are willing to be available outside regular working hours according to a scheduled rotation, so you can contribute to resolving urgent technical issues and ensure the continuity of our services.With your dedication and flexibility, you ensure that our customers can always rely on reliable and efficient support.What You Need
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience as a Microsoft engineer, preferably in the managed services field.
  • You have knowledge of networking and firewalling.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written. Excellent command of English is important for effective communication with our clients.
In addition, it's a big plus if you meet the following criteria:
  • You hold relevant Microsoft certifications.
  • Experience with PowerShell.
  • You have experience with high-availability solutions such as MSSQL clustering and IIS Shared Configuration.
  • Experience with configuration management tooling.

In consultation with your team, you will work at least one day per week at one of our offices in Rotterdam or Arnhem. Both locations offer an inspiring and professional working environment, where you can collaborate and relax with your colleagues.
