- Develop and manage campaign strategies for both global and local initiatives across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Take ownership of always-on performance campaigns in selected markets to drive online sales.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear insights and actionable optimizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on objectives, timelines, and creative needs.
- Support the continuous testing and implementation of new ad formats, tools, and platform innovations.
- Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and Paid Social best practices to keep our approach fresh and effective.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social, ideally in an international environment.
- Proven expertise running campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest (experience with Smartly is a plus).
- A strong understanding of both branding and performance campaigns, and how to balance them effectively.
- Confidence working with data and insights, turning analytics into clear recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
