You will need to gather data on current changeover times, analyze the processes, and identify opportunities for improvement using SMED methodology.Your key assignments will include:1. A detailed report on the current changeover processes and times in each section.
2. An analysis of potential areas for improvement using SMED methodology.
3. A cost-benefit analysis of implementing SMED to reduce changeover times.
4. Recommendations for reducing changeover times and the expected impact on productivity and costs.QualificationsWho are we looking for?We're looking for someone with a hands-on, creative approach to problem-solving.
