- Recruitment Intelligence: Utilize data and AI techniques to analyze recruitment metrics, trends, and performance indicators, providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Leadership: Provide direction to the Recruitment Intelligence team and wider organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within Scoober Logistics.
- Data Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy for recruitment, leveraging advanced analytics and AI to optimize our processes and funnels.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their technical & soft skill, to thrive in their roles.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven recruitment solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, operations, and leadership teams, effectively communicating the value of data-driven recruitment solutions and fostering collaboration.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment intelligence initiatives, regularly monitoring progress and identifying areas for optimization.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards in recruitment intelligence activities, implementing best practices to safeguard sensitive information and mitigate risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business administration, or an Analytics field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing operational analytics teams, with a focus on driving innovation and delivering results.
- Strong affinity with data, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, with hands-on experience in applying these techniques to analytics.
- Experience in turning data into actionable intelligence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of relevant tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, ATS, data visualization tools(e.g. Tableau), Python, R, SQL, etc.
