As a Machining Technician in the CNC department, your main responsibilities will involve operating and performing basic maintenance on CNC machines. While prior experience as a CNC machine operator is not required, a strong technical mindset is essential. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on technical experience, such as former car mechanics or those with a similar technical background. You'll start with a gross monthly salary of € 3.191,-
You will work in two shifts

Overtime is immediately paid out, with rates that can rise to 140% depending on your performance
On top of that, you'll receive a 6% profit share based on your base salary, paid out directly
