RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Clean and maintain lobbies, corridors, elevators, stairways, restrooms, and other public areas.
  • Ensure all public areas are free of debris, dust, and stains.
  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to hotel standards.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance department.
  • Report any lost and found items to the housekeeping manager.
  • Maintain the housekeeping cart and ensure it is stocked and organized.
  • Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials.
  • Provide polite and professional service to guests.
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:
  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment is an advantage.
  • English speaking / Knowledge of the Dutch language is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends & holidays.
