- Mechanical Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting, showcasing strong mechanical skills and familiarity with heavy rotating machinery.
- Maintenance Knowledge: Proficient in utilizing PdM technologies including vibration analysis, infrared thermography on rotating equipment, and ultrasound monitoring techniques (Level 1 or 2 certification is a plus!).
- Key Attributes for Success: Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities, a proactive and eager-to-learn mindset, fluency in English (Dutch language skills are a plus), a relevant technical education, and proficiency with MS Office Suite (SAP PM knowledge is beneficial).
