Material and production planner

• Manages MRP process for AGRI products and aligns tractor carcass volumes with Yanmar subsidiaries.
• Plans monthly production, evaluates order intake against material availability, and coordinates with Supervisor Production.
• Handles component purchase orders, follows up on deliveries, and collaborates on inbound/outbound activities.
• Performs daily production planning, adjusts as needed, and addresses emergency orders.
• Ensures optimum utilization of materials, efficient production planning, and smooth execution of operational activities.

• Monitors daily production progress, investigates delays, and reports to Production Management.
• Gathers and analyzes production data for progress follow-up and timely resolution of issues.
• Controls rejected product arrangements and provides timely information to stakeholders.
• Monitors supplies and shipments, ensuring optimal resource utilization, quality management, and cost savings.

• Manages stock of materials & components, executes stock-taking processes, and analyzes data for stock situation follow-up.
• Reduces stock-holding costs while ensuring customer demands are met and sufficient material for production.

• Intermediate vocational education in Logistics & Supply Chain
• 3+ year work experience as a Material and/or Production Planner, preferably in an international technical environment
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in English

• Salary indication is between 3,300 - 3,700.
• 27 vacation days.
• Ability to follow training and education.
• Holiday pay 8%.
• Travel allowance.
