We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Scheduler to join a dynamic team within a leading global organization in the life sciences sector. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving efficient logistics operations, optimizing transportation networks, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods across the supply chain.If you're passionate about data-driven logistics, process optimization, and working in a fast-paced environment with a global footprint, this could be your next exciting opportunity.Responsibilities
-Analyze transportation and distribution operations to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
-Support the development and implementation of logistics strategies that ensure cost-efficiency and service excellence.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, procurement, warehousing, and external logistics providers.
-Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, freight cost per unit, lead time, and inventory turnover.
-Assist with supply chain risk management by identifying bottlenecks or disruptions in the logistics process.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and digital tools adoption.
-Prepare and present detailed logistics performance reports to stakeholders.Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
-3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain analytics, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and logistics analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Tableau)
-Experience working with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and customs processes
-Knowledge of GDP/GMP compliance is a plusOther Information
