- 💬 Responding to customer inquiries across phone, email, and live chat via HubSpot — you’ll be the first point of contact and the voice of Simply Green.
- 📦 Managing support tickets, checking order statuses, and updating customer info — making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- 🛒 Digging into WooCommerce to track, verify, and support customer orders across our B2B platforms.
- ⚙️ Collaborating with our logistics and ERP systems to sort out delivery issues, product availability, and general order flow.
- 🧠 Keeping records clean and accurate in our CRM and ERP, so our sales, ops, and warehouse teams are always in sync.
- 📣 Collecting customer feedback and sharing valuable insights to help us continuously improve service across the board.
- 🗣️ You speak and write fluent English — clear, professional, and human.
- 🌍 Bonus points if you also speak French, German, Italian, or Spanish — our customers are as international as our team!
- 💼 You’ve got some customer service or support experience under your belt (extra credit if it's in wholesale, ecommerce, or import/export).
- 🧩 You’re a natural problem-solver with a positive, solutions-first mindset.
- 🤝 You’re comfortable working independently or as part of a team — flexibility is your thing.
- 🌱 Familiarity with cannabis-related products or regulations? That’s a definite plus (but not a deal-breaker).
- 💰 Competitive salary: €28,000 – €33,000 depending on your experience.
