With direct impact on national pricing, reimbursement, and tendering processes, this is your opportunity to drive meaningful outcomes while mentoring a high-performing team.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesLead and coach a team of two Operations & Contract ManagersDevelop and implement tender and contract strategies across the full portfolioCollaborate with therapeutic areas to shape pricing scenarios and business casesMaintain and validate pricing databases and contract management toolsPartner with finance and supply chain for planning and accrual managementOversee monthly pricing controls and quarterly contract evaluationsDrive cross-functional negotiations with national payers and procurement stakeholdersEssential RequirementsUniversity degree in a relevant fieldFluency in both Dutch and EnglishProven experience in pricing, market access, and commercial contractingStrong background in financial planning and modelingDemonstrated leadership and people management capabilitiesSkilled in negotiation and cross-functional collaborationDesirable RequirementsExperience with contract management systems such as Vistex and SharePointFamiliarity with Dutch healthcare procurement and anti-trust legislationSkills Desired Calibration, Clinical Research, Clinical Trials, Drug Development, Environment, Health And Safety (Ehs), Immunology, Leadership, Medical Information, Patient Care, PCB (Printed Circuit Board), Technical Training
