As we expand globally, we’re looking for an Industrial Engineer who’s passionate about process improvement, scaling operations, and making a real impact from day one.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As part of our new Industrialisation Team, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how we operate. You’ll:
  • Analyze and improve cross-departmental workflows to scale production and business processes
  • Solve complex challenges like increasing product yield and manufacturing efficiency
  • Implement Lean or Six Sigma principles to streamline operations
  • Work hands-on in a multidisciplinary team to turn innovative ideas into scalable systems
  • Drive continuous improvement with a data-driven and people-focused approach
Your profile and requirementsWho We're Looking For...
You thrive in dynamic, fast-growing companies and love optimizing systems. You are:
  • Educated: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or similar (e.g., Technische Bedrijfskunde)
  • Experienced: Background in production, process improvement, or manufacturing (start-ups or scale-ups a big plus)
  • Analytical & decisive: You use data and logic to make things better, faster, smarter
  • Communicative: You collaborate easily across departments and drive change
  • Practical & action-oriented: You don’t just strategize — you implement and deliver results
Bonus points if you have:
  • Python skills or experience with data tools
  • Knowledge of business operations or management
  • Affinity with physics, photonics, or high-tech environments
