- 10+ years of experience in HR/shared-services transformation with budgets over €20M
- Expertise in global HR processes and compliance (e.g. GDPR, SOX)
- Strong knowledge of HR technologies and digital architecture
- Skilled in Agile/SAFe, PMP, or Prince2 project methodologies
- Experienced in change management (e.g. PROSCI, Kotter)
- Degree in Business, HR, IT or related field; MBA preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Proven leadership in cross-functional, international teams
- Ability to build business cases and track value realisation
- Fluent in both strategic and operational aspects of HR transformation
