
Solar Service Specialist

- After sales, holding workshops with the customers or partners on technical issues.
- Ticket management and resolving incoming service requests.
- The logging of issues reported by the customers.
- Training/guidance of the customers before, during and after the construction process using; kick-off meetings, hardware and software training and the acceptance test.
- Supporting customers during the commissioning process, technically checking the inverter installation and making corrections if necessary.
- You are the interface between the customers and the R&D team to resolve any issue.
- Responsible for supporting second and third-line support.
- Responsible for technical support of customers or partners, independently or together with a technical support team.
- On-site support in case of major or critical issues that cannot be resolved by the customer or local subcontractor.
- Responsible for monitoring the quality of the on-site operation, providing quality analyses and improvement processes.
- Bachelor's degree or above, Science and Engineering background is preferred;
- Minimum 1 year working experiences in relevant PV/Inverter service industry are preferred;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with partners and internally with people from different countries and cultures;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Proficient in Dutch, French and English;
- Service awareness and coordination capability.
