
Business Assistant Job

- Provide complex administrative assistance to the team and assist in the general operation to maintain quality and effectiveness.
- Support with review and processing of global sponsorship contracts and agreements.
- Maintain records and/or files as required.
- Assist the team with project budgets, keeping track of all Finances.
- Having an understanding of procurement and contracts would be an advantage, dealing with relevant suppliers and internal systems to process.
- Undertake event planning activities, booking venues, developing merchandise, etc.
- Support in developing meeting packs and presentations.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor or Senior Team member.
- BA degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Administration or other support functions, preferably in a communication/PR environment
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbally
- Dutch language skills are a plus
- Strong time management, organization skills and attention to details
- We need someone who will take initiative, is accountable and has a sense of urgency
