In this role, you will be part of the global CRM and CDP (Customer Data Platform) team as the CRM loyalty & engagement marketeer. You are responsible for the growth, enrichment and engagement of our database. One of your primary tools is our recently launched engagement program CLUB-G. This omni-channel program embodies our hardcore denim values and you’ll be in the lead to bring this program to next level. Create and execute the strategy to establish and nurture consumer relationships and entice them to participate in the membership. You are the expert in knowing how retention mechanics drive loyalty and lead the projects to implement that throughout the organization. Customer acquisition, Customer Lifetime Value, Level of engagement and Profile Richness rate are your most important KPI’s.
Supported by your good collaborative skills, you will work closely together with your internal stakeholders to achieve these KPI’s. Alignment with Marketing & Trade about the brand activations, CLUB-G only benefits and 360⁰ visibility of the program, with IT about the technical implementation, with the Regions about the local strategies, with Analytics to define the right customer segmentation and last but definitely not least, with Retail about the engagement of store staff.
Your creative mind helps you to develop campaigns that strengthen the customer’s emotional bound with G-Star. In addition, you think about the development of the member program to new channels and make sure that all member journeys connect seamlessly with each other. From data driven insights you’re able to identify commercial opportunities. You have great eye for design and of course, a sense for fashion.Your tasks & responsibilities:
  • Growth and quality of the database including opt-ins & consents;
  • Increase the engagement rate of the database, the profile richness of the customers and their Customer Lifetime Value;
  • Develop and optimize personalized customer experience throughout various channels by optimal use of the power of our Customer Data Platform and marketing automation;
  • Further develop the engagement program to attract new customers, let current customers grow to the next level and retain them;
  • Orchestrate, Optimize, analyze and align all CLUB-G related campaign with the different stakeholders.
Here's what you bring to the table:
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management. Ability to collaborate, communicate and influence at different levels of the organization;
  • Broad experience
5 years – in CRM and loyalty (also CDP is a bonus) * Setting up customer journeys and data driven marketing & customer segmentation;
  • You are a native US-English speaker and know the US digital and retail market;
  • Master or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
  • Ability to work in the execution as well as on strategy;
  • You are pro-active, self-starting and have an agile mindset;
  • You can align (and keep) priorities, plan in advance and have attention-to-detail skills;
  • Your heart beats faster when developing customer-oriented (loyalty) campaigns, where relevance is the goal within the customer journey and thinking customer first;
  • Experience with email/sms/app is required, knowledge of Bloomreach or other CRM campaign tooling, HTML and SQL is pre;
  • Experience with Fashion is preferred.
