As part of our multidisciplinary maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems. You'll manage preventive and corrective maintenance, lead improvement projects, and coordinate external contractors-playing a key role in reducing downtime and optimizing operations.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize preventive maintenance plans
- Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
- Oversee and prioritize corrective maintenance activities
- Manage contractor performance and compliance
- Drive technical improvements and ensure safety and quality standards
- Bachelor's (HBO) in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in industrial/pharmaceutical environments
- Knowledge of Dutch electrical laws and standards
- Project management skills; Lean Six Sigma, RCM, or TPM certifications preferred
- Strong communicator and problem-solver with a proactive mindset
