Are you a problem-solver who enjoys improving production processes? Do you have experience with packaging or logistics? We are looking for a motivated Process Engineer to join a growing international team in Waalwijk. What are you going to do?As a Process Engineer, you are responsible for solving production issues from the moment an order is released until it is shipped. Your tasks include:
  • Analyze and solve problems in the production process
  • Improve packaging and logistics processes to be faster, better, and cheaper
  • Support the production team to work more efficiently and with high quality
  • Develop automation and process control standards
  • Handle customized customer requirements and offer clear solutions
  • Lead digital and technical improvements in packaging and logistics
  • Help make the manufacturing process more competitive

Where will you work?You will be working at the European supply chain center of a leading global technology company, located in Waalwijk. This modern site plays a key role in the company's logistics and production processes across Europe. The Waalwijk location uses smart warehouse technologies, automated systems, and advanced digital tools to improve efficiency and quality. It's a dynamic, international environment where innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement are central. What do we ask?You are an honest and proactive team player with strong communication skills. You enjoy solving problems and thinking about how things can be done better.Your background:
  • A completed bachelor's degree or higher in packaging, industrial, or logistics engineering
  • Work experience in packaging, logistics, or in-plant logistics is a plus
  • Experience with MES systems and knowledge of order production processes (PTO/ATO)
  • Skilled in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Able to use quality tools to analyze and solve problems
  • Strong teamwork, coordination, and organizational skills
