- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Aviation Engineering – Operations or Logistics)
- A keen interest in airport systems, particularly security; experience in security or airports is a plus but not required
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to evolving technologies and processes
- A proactive mindset for solving technical challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of operational processes in the airport environment, with the ability to translate these into requirements
