You will have a key role in driving employee engagement by ensuring the benefits offerings in Belgium and Netherlands are competitive and communicated clearly to the business. Your role is key to making Kraft Heinz a great place to work!Job PurposeThis role will be responsible for managing and improving the benefits offerings for our Belgium and Netherlands employees. You will work with business leaders, HR teams and employees to continuously improve our benefits, while ensuring existing benefits are fully utilized and managed effectively. You will build relationships with providers and will regularly find new benefits opportunities explore.
