
Sales Operations Manager

- Coordinate cross-functional processes that help maximise efficiency of the sales team, Partnering, alignment (Tools, definitions, standards, etc.)
- Track & analyse leading indicators of new business and upsell, identifying trends and creating reports or dashboards to track performance metrics
- Drive digital initiatives (SFDC harmonization, dashboards for recurring reporting topics as well as ad hoc analysis).
- Ensure consistent ACV & ARR reporting and forecasting
- Defining & preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) content, All Hands updates and monthly forecasting cadences.
- Ensure processes are complete end to end, working with Finance and Order Operations team
- Produce & manage enablement materials and information that help sales, be more effectively
- 5-8 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, finance, or a related field
- SaaS knowledge required
- Strong technical skills in CRM software (Salesforce)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong communications skills / Project management skills
- Passion for designing processes that scale
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
