Our client is looking for a Rig Manager who combines strong technical knowledge with leadership skills to guide crews, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with the highest safety and environmental standards.What you'll do:
Lead safe and efficient rig operations within budget and contractual agreements.
Build strong client relationships and share technical insights to drive value.
Supervise projects, surveys, and modifications while ensuring crew competence and development.
Monitor safety performance, incidents, and compliance with industry regulations.
Oversee classification, certification, and liaise with authorities.
Manage budgets, resources, and identify commercial opportunities.
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree, Maroff, or ship engineering certificate (or equivalent).
Experience as Rig Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of marine operations, safety legislation, and compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skill
Proficiency with MS Office and fluent English.
