- The senior point of contact for an agency's clients, the Account Director also co-ordinates the resources needed to service projects, builds strategic operational plans and balances the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work
- Responsible for the smooth running of the account -operationally, creatively, financially - and is answerable on these points to the clients and to the Business Leader and CEO
- You have an understanding of the financial forecast /overview of your clients
- You build the respect, loyal commitment and performance of your team members
- Comfortable in growing senior client relationships and business
- Fluent in English, both verbal as well as in writing - (knowledge of Dutch is a plus)!
- 5 to 10 years of experience with deep expertise in digital & direct marketing including activations, broad experience in ATL and adaptations of global campaigns
- Structured worker and skillful at project management - expert at defining the scope of a project, delivering on time and on budget
- Proven commercial & strategic business sense
- Strategically smart
- Strong organizational skills and detail-orientated
- Proven experience in managing team members
- Enthusiastic and curious team player
- Good communicator
