You will be working in close cooperation with a Client Partner and will manage an enthusiastic team of Account Managers.Do you enjoy getting the best out of the creative and strategic department?   • The senior point of contact for an agency's clients, the Account Director also co-ordinates the resources needed to service projects, builds strategic operational plans and balances the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work
  • Responsible for the smooth running of the account -operationally, creatively, financially - and is answerable on these points to the clients and to the Business Leader and CEO
  • You have an understanding of the financial forecast /overview of your clients
  • You build the respect, loyal commitment and performance of your team members
  • Comfortable in growing senior client relationships and business
Skills:
  • Fluent in English, both verbal as well as in writing - (knowledge of Dutch is a plus)!
  • 5 to 10 years of experience with deep expertise in digital & direct marketing including activations, broad experience in ATL and adaptations of global campaigns
  • Structured worker and skillful at project management - expert at defining the scope of a project, delivering on time and on budget
  • Proven commercial & strategic business sense
  • Strategically smart
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-orientated
  • Proven experience in managing team members
  • Enthusiastic and curious team player
  • Good communicator
  • Hands-on, flexible and open to work in an agile environment
  • You master a range of presentation techniques to inspire the client and sell creative work
