
Account & Expansie Manager (Locker Network)

- Build and manage relationships with strategic network partners and large retail clients.
- Drive commercial discussions and negotiate terms to support sustainable network growth.
- Represent Instabee externally to promote our value proposition to key stakeholders.
- Support the planning and execution of network expansions in alignment with market demand and company goals.
- Collaborate closely with operations, expansion, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless delivery network.
- Own the budget planning for your area, ensuring alignment between network needs and financial targets.
- Monitor spending, analyze variances, and propose adjustments where needed
- Manage and support a small team, driving engagement and accountability.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture
- Clearly communicate sales goals, performance updates, and operational impacts to internal teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects between sales, operations, and strategy
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including 3+ years in a sales or account management role
- Experience in operations is a plus
- Experience in retail or supermarkets-particularly in non-food category management or formula management-is a strong plus
- Some experience managing people or leading cross-functional projects is a plus.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in logistics or e-commerce is a strong plus.
- Comfortable using tools like Salesforce (preferred) and Excel/Sheets.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English.
