- Drive business growth, market access and strong brand uptake for key Hologic products, services or solutions through leading and defining the Market Access Strategy for the Benelux & Nordics region.
- Responsible for developing the Strategic Market Access Plan and lead corresponding actions that optimize product reimbursement, pricing and access to target markets of key Hologic products, services and solutions.
- Monitor and analyze the fast-changing landscape of the Healthcare systems, HTA evaluations, health economic and competitive trends as well as reimbursement.
- Provide consultation and strategic guidance to the Business Units and their Strategic Planning.
- In charge of Governmental Affairs and Policy Making, therefore, engage with government officials, industry associations, scientific societies, expert KOLs, and advocacy groups to influence policies, regulations, and guidelines to support the company's objectives.
- Ensure Health Economics and Outcomes Research projects meet HTA agencies, payers' requirements and adhere to evidence-based medicine principles.
- Advanced degree in health sector (e.g. Pharm D, MBA, Master, PhD).
- In-depth understanding of the healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and health economics in the Benelux & Nordics region.
- Proficient knowledge of health technology assessment in relevant countries
- Proven experience in developing and executing strategic Market Access initiatives/programs in Medical Device or Diagnostics Sector.
- Successful track record of engaging and collaborating with KOLs, thought leaders, medical societies, payers, policy makers, politicians and HTA organisations.
- Strong experience in governmental affairs.
- Understanding of Hologic's product portfolio and its application in the healthcare setting.
- Travel requirements: around 40% travel time - fluctuating with business requirements.
