As you are responsible for providing essential support to capital projects through accurate technical drawings and comprehensive project documentation. You ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards, completed both technically and administratively, and smoothly handed over to internal stakeholders.Responsibilities
- Manage and validate technical documentation from suppliers and engineering partners
- Maintain and organize project records within Meridian (document management system)
- Create, update, and refine AutoCAD/Revit/BIM drawings to project standards
- Prepare and compile user and maintenance documentation for handover
- Collaborate closely with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure seamless project transitions
- Identify inconsistencies in drawings, escalating and resolving issues proactively
- MBO+ technical education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering (WTB)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in engineering or project environments (pharma/biotech preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Meridian, and MS Office
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
