We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate for the position of Work Planner for the Engineered Pump Quick Response Center (QRC) in Etten-Leur.As a Work Planner within the department, you will be responsible for organizing and preparing operational activities. Your work will contribute to the successful completion of upgrades or repairs to pumps, compressors, and turbines, including drives for industrial applications. The challenge is that the pumps are not only from Flowserve but also from other brands. Good collaboration with your colleagues and customers is essential for success in this role!Your roleAs a Industrial Engineer, you collect and select the technical product documentation (BOM) and register repair orders in the ERP system.You check inspection reports and provide repair recommendations.Your main task is to prepare work packages for repair orders and provide your colleagues with order descriptions and technical documentation, such as drawings, parts lists, and measurements, including chemical risk analyses. Following protocols and transferring these to the workshopYou advise on the machining sequence, production method, and material selection.You prepare the machining operations on parts and select the appropriate machine.You create the NCR route sheets and implement our procedures, taking customer requirements into account.You check and order quotes for pump parts and repairs from suppliers.You coordinate the transport of incoming and outgoing goods to and from suppliers/customers.Your ProfileMBO/HBO work and thinking level, preferably WTBTechnical insight into production and machining techniquesDemonstrable and relevant work experience between at least 2 and 5 years in a similar positionpossess a valid "Safety for Operational Managers VCA" certificate or is willing to obtain oneGood command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
