- Partner with commercial teams to drive profitability and strategic planning.
- Analyze performance, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage and report on global RD&I functional costs and drive cost agility.
- Support pricing, contract compliance, and cost control initiatives.
- Lead productivity and process improvement efforts across teams.
- University degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA, CMA, CIMA, or Executive Master preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in finance/business control roles.
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.
- Confident communicator who can challenge and support senior leadership.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Hyperion, BW); fluent in English
- Be a strategic partner in a global, impactful organization.
- Work with cross-functional teams on exciting and meaningful projects.
- Influence both commercial outcomes and innovation cost strategies.
