- Valideren van orders op basis van offertes en interne aanvragen; bepalen van benodigde materialen, gereedschappen en meetapparatuur.
- Opstellen van werkpakketten, werkinstructies en veiligheids- en kwaliteitsplannen (RAMS).
- In overleg met onze projectmanagers en engineers het plannen van de uitvoering en verwerken van instructies in digitale werkorders.
- Bepalen van de juiste skills en capaciteit van engineers en deze matchen aan de opdracht.
- Uitvoeren van pre-sales opnames samen met Service Sales voor het verzamelen van data (installed base, veiligheid, randvoorwaarden).
- Werkvoorbereiding op locatie indien vereist door klant of project.
- Tijdig bestellen van materialen en aanvragen van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers.
- Financieel-administratieve taken zoals rapportagecontrole, urenverantwoording en facturatiecontrole.
- Een afgeronde MBO+ of HBO-opleiding in koeltechniek, installatietechniek of elektrotechniek.
- Ervaring met koelinstallaties (HVAC, industriële koeling of klimaattechniek).
- Ervaring binnen laagspanningsinstallaties is een pré.
- In het bezit van VCA-VOL of bereid dit te behalen.
- Communicatief sterk, proactief en oplossingsgericht.
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
- Vaardig met MS Office (Word, Excel); kennis van Salesforce, SAP, AutoCAD of MS Project is een pré.
- In het bezit van rijbewijs B.
