As Guest Relations Manager of Apollo Hotel Amsterdam, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott International, you are the one that goes above and beyond. You are responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing our guest satisfaction. You don’t do this by just welcoming our guests, you own ‘’hostmanship’’ no like other and know how to pamper our VIP’s. You work closely with the Front Office team and assist them whenever necessary to ensure a flawless experience.Additionally, you are in charge of the guest reviews. You write comments on all the reviews on a daily basis, and make sure there will be a follow-up if needed. You create the new ambassadors of our hotel to ensure they will stay with us again.WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT ADDITION TO OUR TEAM?
  • You have completed a hospitality-related course and are ready for a new step (Hotel Management school is a great advantage!)
  • You are energetic, enthusiastic and creative and know how to apply this in the right way in your work.
  • Hospitality is in your blood! You won't take “no” for an answer!
  • You like hard work and you are not afraid to take responsibility.
  • You master the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus
