- Monitoring the progress of the administrative processes in the field of HR, including in and out of employment, conditions of employment, recruitment, etc.
- Creating purchase orders, delivery notes, and sales orders, as well as receiving goods.
- Back-office duties (receiving visitors, orders, etc.).
- Support in controlling invoicing.
- You have successfully completed an MBO education in direction of HR, administrative, or another relevant education.
- You have experience with (HR) administration.
- You are practical, flexible, have a hands-on mentality and are enthusiastic, accurate and with integrity.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Good command of both Dutch and English in word and writing.

- Day shift, 28 - 40 hours per week
- Working hours: 8.30 a.m.– 5 p.m. (flexible working hours)
