As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you are responsible for managing logistics processes, inventory control, and coordinating global shipments. You support the supply chain team in ensuring smooth operations of incoming and outgoing goods and act as a key link between internal departments and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming raw materials and supplies for production
  • Manage and accurately maintain inventory data in Dynamic 365
  • Handle international sales orders and returns efficiently
  • Coordinate worldwide shipments and ensure smooth distribution processes
  • Analyze trends and prepare reports to support process improvement initiatives
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding deliveries and logistics
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure delivery reliability
Your Profile
  • Minimum MBO 4+ level unless combined with significant logistics experience
  • Experience in a supply chain or logistics role is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with Dynamic 365 and reporting tools (Power BI is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and strong communication skills
  • Able to prioritize effectively and maintain oversight in a dynamic work environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Dutch is a bonus
