Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of leadership experience in automotive product development or a related mechatronic environment.
Proven track record managing global teams across multiple engineering disciplines.
Deep knowledge of product lifecycle processes, automotive quality systems, and agile development methods.
Familiarity with software, electronics, and actuator systems.
Strong strategic mindset: capable of balancing execution with long-term team and capability development.
Experience working directly with or within OEM environments; understanding of rapid prototyping and customer interaction cycles.
Naturally collaborative, low-ego leader with high emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
Comfortable working in a high-speed, global, multi-cultural environment.
