
Digital Marketing Specialist (web+email)

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable website enhancements.
- Own and manage a prioritized backlog of website updates, working closely with the development team to ensure timely execution.
- Optimize web user journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Implement and refine SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and search rankings.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging, personalized email content to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Implement audience segmentation strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and provide recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and email marketing regulations.
- Monitor website and email analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
- Generate regular performance reports on key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, etc.) and present insights to stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for continuous improvement
- Enhance website performance (website traffic, bounce rate…)
- Maximize user engagement and conversions (Newsletter signups, leads generation and develop new actions to booster conversion.)
- Develop and optimize email marketing strategies.
- 2-3 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), DAM, and Marketo.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Familiarity with GDPR compliance, cookie management platforms, and web privacy regulations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with an in-house development team based in China, ensuring smooth integration with CRM and other in-house systems.
- Expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), with a strong understanding of A/B testing, UX principles, and customer journey mapping.
- Advanced SEO knowledge, including on-page and technical SEO best practices.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or another European language is a plus.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies (agency background preferred).
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
