As a QA Sales Support you will join the team that covers the South West Region (France, Italy, Spain). You'll be responsible for ensuring the products meet the highest standards of quality and safety, while building strong relationships with the customers, production plants, and commercial entities.Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, production plants, and commercial entities to drive business growth and improve quality
- Support customer tenders, sales queries
- Identify and address quality and safety issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Develop and maintain compliance with local regulations and internal standards, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Provide expert advice and guidance on quality and safety matters, collaborating with manufacturing sites and internal teamsRequirements
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in relevant field
- Fluency in English, with minimal Dutch and French skills (advantage)
- Working experience in a QA sales role, managing customer requests and queries
- Asset: knowledge of cheese and dairy processing
- Ability to work in an FMCG environmentOther Information
