Reports to: Business Unit Head Centralized Care
Division: Centralized CareAs a Key Account Manager (KAM) in our Centralized Care team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of oncology care. You’ll lead strategic partnerships, drive impactful projects, and ensure RCC patients benefit from innovative, value-added solutions. Taking in consideration the composition of the team and the current and future products we are looking for an mid-career Key Account Manager with a successful track record in pharma.Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic key account plans aligned with both company and customer goals.
  • Lead co-creation and implementation of patient-focused projects with healthcare stakeholders.
  • Use omnichannel communication to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project success and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure full compliance with IPSEN, EFPIA, and CGR standards.
🎯 What You Bring
  • Master’s degree in a health-related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare or pharma.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strategic mindset with informal leadership capabilities.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Solid understanding of the Dutch healthcare system.
