- Respond swiftly to employee and manager needs—whether it’s a question, concern, or opportunity.
- Support leaders in all aspects of their people responsibilities—from performance reviews to development planning.

- Fluent in English; Dutch is a big plus
- University degree (preferably in HR or related field)
- 6–7 years of progressive HR experience, in an international setting
- Experience living and working abroad (study or internship) is a bonus
